Navigating the future of management

The world is currently undergoing a period of multiple crises, with trends towards a geo-economic realignment and marked by rapid technological advancement (generative AI, automation, cloud/edge computing, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.). We must also consider regulatory tensions (digital sovereignty, privacy, responsible AI) and systemic uncertainties (climate, supply chains, geopolitical volatility, turbulence in political, military and economic alliances). These scenarios demand new management approaches capable of dealing with complexity, ambiguity and non-linear change, combining scientific rigour and empirical relevance.

    The NFM conference invites academics, research students, professionals and decision-makers to submit original papers and/or projects designed for a world undergoing major transformation.
